Return Policy

Suppliers and wholesalers return policy.

  1. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be requested from Original Fragrances .com Customer Service and is to be marked on the outside of the shipping box for product returns. This RMA# is valid for 30 days.
  2. You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit. Original Fragrances .com does not track expired RMA#s.
  3. Freight on merchandise being returned to Original Fragrances .com to be prepaid.
  4. Defective merchandise including original freight and handling fee will be credited upon receipt of merchandise at Original Fragrances .com.
  5. Non-defective merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and 15% restocking fee.
  6. Credit will be issued within 30 business days upon receipt of merchandise at Original Fragrances .com.
  7. All returns must reference a Purchase Order Number or a Original Fragrances .com Number for each line item listed. Carrier Loss, Damage/Pilferage
  8. Claims for lost shipment, or damage must be reported to Original Fragrances .com Customer Service within 30 days of delivery/expected delivery date. Packing materials should be saved. Carriers may require on-site inspection before the product can be returned. Mis-shipments, mis-billings, and shortages:
  9. Shortages, mis-shipments and mis-billings must be reported to Original Fragrances .com Customer Service within 30 days of delivery date/expected delivery date.
  10. Mis-shipments are credited in full upon notification. Any incorrect product shipments will be temporarily invoiced for inventory purposes until the item is returned and credited. This credit will offset the invoice amount. Contact your customer to return the incorrect product.
  11. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number Freight and handling charges will apply on the new order.
  12. If orders are duplicated or excess merchandise is shipped, you must contact Original Fragrances .com Customer Service and request an RMA#. Your customer should then be contacted and the second order should be refused or the excess merchandise returned, before credit will be given.
  13. If it is proven that Original Fragrances .com has made the error, a Returns Authorization Tag may be sent for your customer to return the product freight free. When the merchandise is returned, full credit will be given. Your help in contacting your customer to return product shipped in error helps to keep Original Fragrances .com prices low and competitive. Note: All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.

Customers return policy.

If for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase or gift, you may return the item in its original condition to Perfume.com. We will gladly accept returns for any Perfume.com products upon receiving your items within 30 days of the DELIVERY date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item as soon as you decide that you do not want the product.

Please note that we try to be as accurate as possible with photos but do not always have a pictures of individual sizes, body lotions, shower gels, gift sets, etc. We may not always have accurate photo representation of products, and may have shown a generic picture to indicate a line of products. Never order based on the picture shown, only order based on description.
